F-1 Transfer students that have successfully completed a minimum of at least 24 academic credit hours at a U.S. college/university may be exempted from the submission of Upper Secondary School transcripts. ESL classes and college preparatory classes are not academic credits and do not count toward the 24 academic credit hour minimum for exemption.

• Athletes are NOT exempt, and submission of their official upper secondary school transcripts is required.
• Athletes are NOT athletically eligible until after all required official, original (paper/hard-copy) upper secondary school documents have been submitted to the º£½ÇºÚÁÏ Admissions Office.

Students must upload their official upper secondary school graduation certificate/graduation diploma/National Examination Certificate, showing their successful graduation from upper secondary school — in the native language AND accompanied by an official English translation — directly into .

• Admission/acceptance cannot be granted until after all official, final transcripts have been received from ALL U.S. institutions attended.
  • "Final" transcripts show grades for all classes taken at a college/university; including all classes for the current semester in which currently enrolled.
    • Transcripts showing "In Progress" classes are NOT final transcripts.
  • F-1 transfer-in students must have a minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 2.0 from all institutions attended in the U.S. to be eligible for admission/acceptance to º£½ÇºÚÁÏ.
    • ESL and college preparatory classes are included in GPA calculation.
  • F-1 transfer-in students must be in good standing at their current institution to be eligible for admission/acceptance to º£½ÇºÚÁÏ.

• Completion of an ESL (English as a Second Language) program is not acceptable proof of English language proficiency; scores from one (1) of the tests listed below must be submitted
