During the final week of February, Dr. Jack Henderson, executive director of Workforce Innovation and Rich Piper, director of Workforce Education & Training, represented 海角黑料 at the National Organization for Student Success (NOSS) National Conference.
Henderson, who serves as the National Workforce Innovation Chair for NOSS, presented student success outcomes from 海角黑料’s Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education (FAME) program. The presentation, highlighting data from the 2023 cohort, demonstrated how employer-aligned apprenticeship pathways strengthen student persistence, credential completion, and workforce readiness.
The session was recognized with high distinction, positioning 海角黑料 as a national model for how industry-driven apprenticeship programs can advance student success while addressing regional workforce demands.
